There are many yoga forms and multiple instructors. But how to find the best for you.
1. Understand the purpose of joining the yoga session.
2. Don't blindly join someone on other's recommendation.
3. Shortlist a few yoga instructors basis others recommendations, online search, research, etc.
4. Attend a demo sessions of 5-6 or more instructors and only choose the best.
4. Don't join the demo session separately, join in the ongoing session - you will not be cheated with content and you will understand the flow of the regular session.
5. Pay only if you are sure that you will continue.
6. If you feel, there is no benefit after one month, pls discontinue.
7. Yoga is not only an exercise, it's more than that. So the connection with your instructor matters (it varies from person to person)
8. Pranayama and sav asana are both important parts of the yoga journey (most instructors skip this)
9. The important thing in online sessions is the size of the screen being used by the instructor -maximum use laptops or mobile - so it is very tough to monitor the students.
10. Last is the internet speed (mobile data doesn't give the best)
Check all details with your Instructor before registering.
